New Video TIP The BEST CENOTE in TULUM! Plus the Biosphere.
Tulum, Mexico is home to the incredible Sian Ka’an Biosphere Nature Reserve (http://www.visitsiankaan.com) that has turquoise blue water fed from the many Cenotes in the area. Our guide through the Nature Reserve was Pastor, and if you’re thinking of taking a tour through the Biosphere you must email him ahead of time. It’s worth it!
We started our day off by visiting the Cenote Calavera, near Tulum, Quintana Roo, with small holes to jump through. This cenote is half in a cave and half exposed. But what makes this the best cenote is the fact that it is so close to the town of Tulum, that you can easily bike there, and it is right next to the Grand Cenote, so you can do both on the same trip.
